Morning's Meadow for Garden Prelude

The fabric for Garden Prelude is complete. I designed it for a Fat 1/2 of fabric so the proportions would be accurate. She reminds me of visiting Leavenworth, WA in the early mornings with the sun just peaking over the mountains. There is a great outdoor theater there where we love to watch The Sound of Music each year. My vision screamed outdoors, meadow, and mountains so I got to working on it immediately. Then a customer came to me asking what I had planned and she too was thinking a meadow. She suggested using the Adirondack Mountains as inspiration and it was just the finishing touch this fabric needed. Everything quickly fell into place from there and I couldn't stop creating until it was done. Morning's Meadow is named in honor of a special and talented woman. Super happy the outcome of this fabric and it was fun to do too. I hope you all enjoy it. Happy Stitching! -Kris
